Blinc Sales Institute makes empathy a true commercial differentiator by anchoring strong emotional intelligence within all customer facing teams and processes of an organization. This leads to increased customer loyalty and measurable business growth.

With our Personality Based Sales Methodology, RIO, we guide commercial organizations to embed empathy as a strategic competence and we offer Full Circle Customer Engagement Programs. These are built in co-creation, so that they connect seamlessly with the knowledge already present within the organization.

In order to secure knowledge transfer and anchoring of skills, our 13 senior trainers (native Dutch – French – English) work together with internal L&D teams and management at different levels throughout the organization. We do this in a personalized way, taking into account the company’s DNA, culture and teams.
